Ace Andrews always comes to mind for me.

I can't think of all of the great heels right now, but three that come to mind are Robert Hope, Ace Andrews and Razor Xtreme.

There was this character, created by Ace before. Can't really recall its name (I remember it had Miller) in it but it was absolutely brilliant, one of the best gimmicks I've seen. Was basically a Hollywood start who turned to wrestling, his promos were awesome and it was just a really cool character.
