As noted, Kurt Angle vs Ec3 will not be taking place at TNA Slammiversary, and as of now only Magnus vs James Storm is confirmed for the PPV.

According to PWInsider.com, the following matches are rumoured for Slammiversary:

-The Wolves vs. The Dirty Heels for the vacant TNA Tag Team Titles
-Low Ki vs. Grado vs. Tigre Uno for the vacant TNA X Division Title
-Brooke vs. Awesome Kong vs. Taryn Terrell for the TNA Knockouts Title

I thought about buying the pay per view but it's not happening now.

TNA books their shows like they don't have any fans left to disappoint.

I love how they dont put a fucking world title match on their own anniversary show.

I'm starting to lose patience with dumbass booking decisions like this.
