WWE Superstar R-Truth recently talked to the Citizens Voice newspaper ahead of promoting last night’s WWE Smackdown tapings at the Wachovia Arena in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.

Truth talked about entering the Intercontinental Championship Elimination Chamber match, getting in Stardust’s head, what he does during off time, and more. You can read a few highlights below:

R-Truth Talks Elimination Chamber:

“It’s something new each time you go in there. There’s no way to prepare for something like that. You can’t prepare. I don’t worry about competition. I let the competition worry about me. You worry about something like the Elimination Chamber, you’re gonna psych yourself out.”

What to expect from the match:

“If you’ve never been in there before, you don’t know what to expect. If you’ve been in there before, you still don’t know what to expect.”

Truth on his Payback opponent Stardust:

“I love getting inside his head, though, you know what I’m saying? Love getting inside his head.”

Truth talks about being with family during down time:

“I love hanging out with my family. When I’m not at work, I’m at home working. I’m a full-time dad.”
