I really enjoyed this movie. The plot wasn't the best and some of the lines do seem cheesy but I really loved the commentary on our country and the corporate greed. John Carpenter made something special here. It's too bad it got pulled out of theaters after a few weeks.

The ending on the roof did feel rushed. But it is refreshing to have a movie run only an hour and a half with so many movies I see today just running too long.

It's a fun movie to watch but it does a bad job of building to the climax. The cops just suddenly attack the meeting house and kills off most of the human resistance group.

You'd think the aliens wouldn't just have one giant single that could be taken out by two guys.

But like I said what I enjoyed most is what the film had to say about corporate America. Plot wise it isn't that good.

This movie ends up getting a 4.25 ratings from XWA based on 3 ratings.
