^to be fair, the idea is to be generic and easy as possible so it can be easily "marketeable".
Though I agree, WWE needs to get someone with brains to write their musics x_x Damien's theme sucks x.x

right now imo Seth needs to chance his theme...it was good for awhile, but his theme does not sound right for a main eventer world champion. Maybe a remix with death metal lyrics would be nice, but his theme now sounds too rookieish

Rock has an iconic sound, Seth has someone beating on a trash can at the intro before it gets good. Its cool if you like it, but to me I think he should have something else. Same goes for Dean, doesn't sound Lunatic Fringeish to me

^^Well, I can say I do like Austin Aries' theme Neutral

The fact they're "Lyricless" isn't what makes them weak. But the fact they're kind of "loopy". I think the best ones were Shield and Curtis Axel's (not sure if they were from the same CFO group). Again, my opinion. A wrestler can be an amazing main eventer / top star, their entrance theme doesn't have to be "sang". (Remember The Ultimate Warrior, Bret Hart, Undertaker, Steve Austin...).

I'm not saying all themes should have lyrics to them. I think Seth's should because it sounds like it should have some death metal lyrics

I didn't mean for it to sound like I said every theme needs lyrics to be good. what I am saying is that most of their themes are generic and you could put them only anyone because a lot of them have no Identity.
