| I'm making the three hour car journey and paying £200+ basically because I refuse to miss Faith No More again. An some of the other bands are alright. - poster:
Obviously I won't get chance to see every band there, but any bands people recommend I check out? Sunday's main stage fucking blows, but hopefully I'll be too drunk/high/whatever I can get my hands on to actually care at that point. |

| Not sure what sort of thing you're into, but Black Stone Cherry are good live (seen them twice). Andrew W.K. might be worth a watch too.
Motley Crue are absolute shit live. Saw them a couple of years ago, and it was just awful. If it was me, I'd watch Tremonti, Billy Idol and Slash (lol at two members of Alter Bridge being there in different bands - Myles Kennedy with Slash, and Mark Tremonti with...er...Tremonti), and then just leave before Motley Crue damages your soul.
Dragonforce are good live too, but I doubt they're your cup of tea, somehow.
Edit: Oh, if it was me, I'd probably watch Judas Priest and Kiss just so I can say I've seen them live. I reckon Halford's voice went years ago though, and Kiss are...Kiss, so that's not really a recommendation.
Edit2: Also, go to the Chunk! No Captain Chunk! set and shout insults at them for having such a shit name. |

| I was also gonna say something about the Alter Bridge guys both being in the same show in totally different bands. |

| YOU SON OF A BITCH I WOULD KILL TO SEE RISE AGAINST LIVE.
Also, if you meet a nice young man, remember to buy him lunch before you try to take him out. |
