For those that didn’t watch WWE RAW this week, they ran a fan poll asking the fans who Seth Rollins should defend his title against at next month’s Payback PPV. The options were Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, or both Randy Orton and Roman Reigns in a triple threat match.

While it’s obvious that Kane announced the options in a way to make the triple threat a more appealing choice, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the voting for this poll was legitimate. The triple threat won in a landslide with 78% of the vote. What’s interesting is that the Orton rematch only had 7% of the vote, which Roman Reigns had more than double the support at 15%.

Well WWE fans seen Randy Orton vs. Seth Rollins several times the last few months. It's no surprise that they wanted to see something different.

Every time they do a big vote on the App, it's always called into question whether it is legitimate. They definitely don't straight-up rig the thing, but they definitely make some options more appealing than others.

The best proof of the voting being legit though, is that time the fans voted for Evan Bourne to face Mason Ryan instead of the obviously-teased Sin Cara.

They had reported before Extreme Rules even happened, that there was going to be a possible triple threat match at Payback. So i doubt the voting was that legit.

So you're saying Roman Reigns is so talented and over with the fans, that WWE had to rig the vote to make the triple threat happen instead of Rollins vs. Reigns?
