TNA have done them before. The ones in 2004 and 2006 had USA, Canada, Mexico and Japan. Then one in 2008 had USA, Mexico, Japan and International (basically the rest of word team). The only difference I can see here is that the different countries have more than one team, but there's still the same countries being represented. |

I meant in terms of different official companies being represented, really. There are 5 wrestling companies there, which is cool. |
