Does NXT make you worry? I mean it seems like every top ROH star is being signed to WWE's NXT brand. No doubt Adam Cole and others will get signed next. So does it worry you that everytime someone gets big in ROH they will leave faster and faster? |

| Not really, it was inevitable ROH was more or less the promotion to be groomed to get into WWE. |

| Top RoH guys will always move on to WWE...they just didn't potentially do it so quick, that's the problem. |

| So I guess the idea of it being seen as a legit top tier company is no more. I guess ROH is seen as a high school, NXT as college, and the main roster as the real world |

| No....not really. The same shit happened back when the original ECW was around. You dont stick in a promotion that isnt WWE forever....unless you're the Briscoes lol. |

| Well, I'm not sure RoH sees it that way. Wasn't their a news thread on here not too long ago suggesting they wanted to tie lots of people on their roster in to long contracts? |

| WWE would be stupid to raid ROH so much that it hurts ROH. ROH has been a better developmental league then NXT. It's been several years and only one or two good people we're trained by FCW/NXT. ____________________ |

Yeah, there's only a select few that arent under ROH exclusive contracts at the moment. That's why if WWE wants someone from there, they have to wait. |

| You get upset, you think "Man, Tyler Black had a good thing going down here. He's probably not gonna do as much in WWE. It's good for him, but it's a double edged sword. I'm gonna miss him being world champ tbh." And then you look like an idiot 5 years later when he's WWE champion. RoH has had a ton of awesome people go through since then. If Seth had never got signed, maybe Steen wouldn't have had his really long reign, and in turn WWE wouldn't have signed him. So you never really know what's gonna happen. |

I don't see anyone ever saying that on the Ring of Honor forums when someone leaves ROH. It's not like WWE goes after guys like Cheeseburder or The Beer City Bruiser. ____________________ |

| I know that, but if Black's reign didn't end because he left like that, those reigns would have played out differently too. |

| If Black left later I think the only thing different would have been that Roderick Strong wouldn't have been ROH World Champion. ____________________ |

| Yeah I think the plan was to put it on Eddie to build up to Best In The World. But based on how ROH treated Strong as champion I don't think they really planned on putting it on him. ____________________ |

| No, NXT doesn't really worry me. NXT is in a transition period because they haven't yet had too many guys go and fail. When there are more Chris Hero's, there will be far less people interested in risking their careers to go to Orlando when they're not sure things. Guys like Adam Cole will still go, but guys like ACH probably won't. |
