Since the gimmick is meant to be every championship is deafened on the PPV, could we see CM Punk cost Curtis Axel the IC championship before NOC?

Considering NOC is less than 2 weeks away...no. The elimination match should be for the IC Title, with Axel going first but somehow costing Punk the match and letting Heyman get the pin and retain the title.

I think it should, with Heyman going up for a gts, before though, Axel tags himself in. Axel kicks Punk, so Punk drops Heyman and Axel goes for the Suplex thing scoring the win.
