This is going to lead up to a ladder match, which will be awesome considering the people involved so far (Barrett, Truth, Ambrose, Ziggler, Harper, Bryan)



But does the storyline come off as cartoony? Or do you find the whole "hot potato" thing to be comedic? I mean the IC title being stolen by multiple superstars and stuff.

I'm just glad they have a storyline for the IC title and are actually having the IC champion on TV.

I'm more looking forward to that match than to the WWE WHT one.

I think it's sort of a balanced storyline. Ambrose, Truth, and Harper(surprisingly) add some comic relief to it.(especially Truth. How he steals the title is funny ) Then there's guys like D-Bryan, Ziggler and BNB who make the story believable by being the serious part of it. 

I dunno if a title should be treated like a hot potato though, but at least the title has a storyline. Hopefully the US and IC titles will still have build-up once WWE has a world champ that shows up every week.

Kinda rooting for Barrett or Ambrose here. Ambrose, cause it kinda sucks that he hasn't gotten a clean victory in any PPV. Barrett cause he's being booked like a shitty champion. Losing during non-title matches, and winning his title defenses in a cheap-ass way. You just don't book a guy Barrett's size like that. Reminds me of how Magnus was as TNA's world champion.

Barrett sold the whole thing when he held up the title and yelled "REAL BLOODY CHAMPION!".

Storyline was instantly over for me after that

I think it would be really cool if Bryan won the IC title and Cena won the US Title and the World Title became meaningless on Reigns. <_<

Then all three had a unification match and Reigns wins all three titles

^then Seth Rollins cashing in on whoever wins.

It's kinda weird. Has a Hardcore title vibe to it.

But whatever, it's something. The guys involved are all great IMO and the WM match should be a great one as well.

It's not quite the same as Magnus, as they had him win title match literally at any underhand cost. Barrett hasn't resorted to that level just yet, but he's an imposing guy, so should probably look a little stronger. That said, I have never minded a dirty heel doing cheap shit to win, powerful or not. It can be done well if thought is put into it.
