I'm more inclined to believe EC3 with this one, since he went through developmental. Jericho on the other hand, could have been played sucker by DeMott. You know, like as in DeMott was just nice when Jericho was around and shit since Y2J's influential.

Who does he really train? A lot of the great guys in/from NXT were great before they went to NXT.

Isn't the idea of Demott being harsh is that they expect you to work through injuries? If he's not brutal they won't know if you can handle it.

He trains people who don't have an indy back ground or guys who still need a lot of work done to get use to the WWE style.

Jericho is a great guy but he tends to be biases to his friends and to WWE. I mean he did state WWE never sabotages people, which anyone would know is a lie. Bill has probably been a friend of Jericho since WCW so Jericho will look past shit. (even forcing wrestlers to train naked) Also Jericho never went through the system, he never went through Bill's training.

Well I do have a weird and very dark sense of humor, too But I also try to keep it respectful towards people who may not tolerate that kind of stuff as well.

After all these years, we've heard tons of crappy stuff about WWE personnel, racist people among them too (remember Alberto Del Rio? probably the most recent one). I would not be surprised if Bill Demott is being "protected". One thing for sure: he wasn't a main eventer when he was an active wrestler, but he still thinks he knows best.

Bill Demott was never anything in wrestling and he sounds like a complete dick too. He should definitely be tough on guys, but not go over the top with it. I think he definitely just became friends with the right people and is protected/defended because of it.
