The bell rings, and Tresda and JHalc begin circling each other. We get a lock up and JHalc works on Tresda's arm. Tresda lands a heavy right hand and catches JHalc in a headlock. JHalc fights out of it and takes Tresda to the mat with a Russian leg sweep and they separate. We get a test of strength, and Tresda takes JHalc down to the mat for a pin.

Tresda traps JHalc in another headlock, and takes him over to his back with a hip toss. JHalc pushes Tresda off, and is back up, but Tresda catches him. Tresda pins JHalc and hooks both legs.

JHalc ducks his head and rolls backwards flipping their positions and pinning him.

JHalc hits a dragon screw to take Tresda over before kicking at his hamstring. Tresda brings his knees in and pushes out. JHalc rolls backwards, but pushes up off the mat and heads right back into Tresda, who is also up on his feet. Tresda ducks and shoulders Jay, but he is able to grab the ropes and go to the apron. Tresda turns and hits JHalc to send him crashing to the announcer's table on the floor.

Tresda heads out of the ring and stalks JHalc.

Tresda picks him up by the head and tries to whip JHalc into the stairs but JHalc reverses it.

JHalc locks in a front chancery, gets Tresda onto the steps, and tries for a suplex off the steps to the floor but he fails to lift him.

Tresda fights back with a couple shots in the ribs. Tresda reverses the suplex and front suplexes Jay face first into the steps.

Jay gets scooped up and sent back into the ring and Tresda covers.

Shoulder up after two!

Tresda blasts JHalc with a big right hand, then another. He punches away at him in the corner before sending him across the ring hard. Jay smacks chest first and turns out of the corner right into a kick in the chest. Tresda lays JHalc out with a sit-out powerbomb.

Rope break!

Tresda grounds JHalc with a rear chin lock, and doesn't let him get up off the mat after the pin. JHalc is able to fight up to his feet and out of the hold, backing Tresda into the corner which forces the break. Jay turns and sends a right hand to his head before he can get his hands up to block. He follows with another, and then a third before the referee pulls him away from the corner. Jay shoves him backwards and runs forward, mounting the turnbuckle and raining down right and left hands rapid fire. Tresda comes back to life, wrapping his arms around Jay's legs and falling forward with a spine buster but Jay rolls away before he can make the pin.

Both are slow up. Jay sprints towards him, and ducks a big clothesline attempt. He hits the ropes and Tresda ducks forward for a back body drop but JHalc rolls over him. Tresda turns around right into a dropkick. JHalc lets him get to his knees and then punches him right in the cheekbone. The referee hooks his arm on the next shot and pulls him back. Jay grabs him by the shirt and the referee raises his hand to call for the DQ but Jay lets him go. The two separate and Jay tries to hit Tresda with a straight kick to the chest but has his leg caught. Joe pushes him back, and pops up to his feet before hitting him with a clothesline, knocking him down. He sees Jay trying to get back up and runs to the ropes, he tries another clothesline but Jay jumps forward towards him and cuts him off. Tresda isn't fazed and hits a belly-to-belly before the look of surprise is off of Jay's face.

Tresda rushes him, but Jay pushes himself back and sits on the bottom rope, with his upper body on the outside. He rests his arms on the middle rope with a smile on his face, knowing that the big man can't touch him. That is able to keep Tresda at bay for a bit, but he isn't afraid to push off the referee. He grabs Jay by the foot and pulls him back into the center of the ring. He goes for an elbow drop, but Jay rolls out of the way.  They are both up at the same time, Jay swings on him but Joe shoves the hand away viciously. Jay is steps back and creates too much space between the two and gets speared to the mat.

Shoulder up!

Joe looks irritated, but not surprised. He gets up and drags Jay up by the back of his head, and pushes him into the turnbuckle. The referee again tries to insert himself, but Joe pulls his arm free and tells him to back off. Joe steps to Jay in the corner, but JHalc kicks at the hamstring he was working over earlier in the match, knocking him down to the mat. JHalc steps forward and snap DDT's him to the mat. He covers.

Ropebreak!

JHalc yanks Tresda's arm as he gets up, and sends a kick to the inside of his elbow. Joe pulls it away, and turns to get up, but Jay turns his attention back to the hamstring, sending another kick to the already bruising area. Jay lets him get up, and goes for the whip to the other side, but it is reversed Jay leaps and springboards backwards but gets cut out of the air with a kick to the gut. Tresda hits a T-bone suplex.

Shoulder Up!

Jay is up, and pushed into the corner again. Tresda hits him with a uppercut and then grabs him by the arm, whipping him to the opposite corner. Jay stops, just short of impacting it, but from behind him comes Tresda with a full head of steam. Jay moves out of the way and lets the big man hit the turnbuckle hard. Joe turns around dazed and Jay hooks him up for a suplex. He lifts him into the air, but halfway up he stops, turns his shoulders and brings Joe down with The RJB.

A powerful kickout sends Jay into the air before the 3!

Jay lands on his feet and steps outside the ropes. He hesitates for a second in the middle of the apron, but Joe is already stirring. Thinking better of the springboard, Jay moves to the turnbuckle and starts to climb. He gets to the top right as Joe staggers to his feet. The big man falls forward onto the ropes, shaking them and bringing Jay down crotch first on the top turnbuckle. Joe heads up to the top rope, but JHalc stops him. Joe is back up ad tries again but again Jay pushes him away. Joe tries for a third time but Jay thinks better of the high risk move and jumps to the mat behind him. Jay runs to the ropes, springboards, turns in midair to clock Joe as he turns with the big flying forearm smash. The impact sends Tresda over to the ropes, and he rolls to the outside. They both take time to recuperate.

JHalc goes for the suicide dive, but Tresda leaps up and catches him with his shoulder, and drives him spine first into the ring post before sliding him back into the ring. Tresda follows him back into the ring and picks JHalc up and seats him on the top turnbuckle. Tresda goes for a superplex from the middle rope, but JHalc fights back with a series of elbows to the side of his head. JHalc tries for a top rope hurricanrana, but Tresdaholds on, jumps to the mat with a powerbomb that almost breaks JHalc in half. Jay rolls to his side from the impact, and Joe slides over to sit behind him, locking in The Fantastic Lock. Jay gets to the ropes with his feet, holds on to Tresda's arm as he tries to release, and locks in the Triangle. Tresda stands, and lifts Jay up, but Jay wrenches backwards, and over the top rope, draping Joe over the ropes with it still locked in.

Jay releases the hold and falls hard on the apron, but the damage looks to be done. Jay rolls back into the ring and both men stand slowly, leaning on each other. Tresda slaps JHalc, and JHalc responds with one of his own. JHalc and Tresda trade slaps, and JHalc gets the upper hand with a quick-handed throat thrust. Joe turns back to him and counters with a kick to the abdomen before Jay can follow up. JHalc doubles over, and Joe puts him into powerbomb position. He leaps forward, carrying Jay along for the ride but as they rotate, Jay flattens out and lands on top of him in a cover.

Tresda forcefully shoves him away. JHalc leaps up and takes off towards the turnbuckles, but Tresda catches him climbing. Tresda tries to pull him backwards with a big back body drop, but Jay elbows him in the face hooks his arm under his chin, and pushes back off the turnbuckle as hard as he can. Tresda keeps his balance at first, now with Jay hovering in midair as he takes two steps back from the turnbuckle but then the weight catches up to him and Jay brings him down with a second RJB.
