Nah, games still alive and well. It's just not for people unwilling to grind for what they want in the game.

All the hype didn't die after two weeks. It got attacked by hipsters and indie fags saying it was shovelware and had no depth to it, when that totally wasn't true. So word was going around that it was terrible from day one, and it got a horrible reputation.

Sadly I don't have it, and won't for a while, because moniez. Can't get a PS4 and have nobody to play it with on PS3.

It's a good game. But there's better games out there like it (Borderlands)

I actually prefer it to Borderlands, I'm just horribly inconsistent with any game that requires grinding.

I'm incredibly addicted to it. I just really wish I could do raids, as I don't know six people who play it to do so and I don't use mics. Bungie refuses to do matchmaking for the damn thing. <_<

I'm terrible at FPSs, but somehow this makes me seem pretty decent. I can come second in PvP a lot and I'm usually like last. I once played a deathmatch with Snoopz, TJ and Mick on GTA and was so horrible, I put the controller down on the last minute as it was fucking me off

And the hype thing - that's people's problems. They overhype everything to the point that nothing other than pure gold renders the game shit. It definitely lacks in story, but it's still really fun to play.

I got the demo a few weeks back. It seems to be the same handful of missions the Beta was, but the difficulty is bumped up a little, cause I was dying a lot more. I'll probably end up getting it when I get a PS4, which will hopefully be sometime in 2015, but I don't know.

Yeah, the demo is essentially what we played in the Beta. Frankly, the whole game is like that which kind of sucked as I wanted more story, but I guess the second game will include more.
