Got it right after work today.

Haven't played it yet, just checked the rosters and stuff. About to start a franchise and then I'll say how it is. 8)

Wtf........ this game has frozen 4 times on me within the span of 10-15 seconds after starting a franchise.   It won't let me start one

I like it, I just hate the audible calling and switching between defensive players in game. I had my first bug out, in an offline Ultimate Team game. When I bought it, everybody going into GameStop was in for Madden, which was awesome.

What helped stopped the freezing for me (for a while anyway) was playing an online franchise instead of offline, and also possibly going through the menus as little as possible.

But after I did the draft and set my roster, the game froze ONCE AGAIN when I was just starting my first game. Gonna try it one more time.

Go return that shit.

Did you clean your system out? could be the issue

Planning to buy FIFA first, I'll probably get this Christmas.

It's just the online servers for some people. If you get the game and it's really laggy / freezing a lot online, just sign out of PSN/Xbox live and it should work flawlessly. No lag in the menus whatsoever anymore, and I'm loving the improved physics/overall gameplay of this game. Runs soooooo much smoother now than last year.

I think it's overall a better game than Madden 13, better run game, better blocking, better ball carrier cut backs, more moves, nice gap discipline by the defense, the defenders actually shed blocks. There a couple of glitches that should be cleaned up in updates.

It's not just my system, the same thing is happening to a lot of others. But like I said, offline it doesn't freeze or lag at all so I'm fine with it for now they just better fix that for the people that are having problems.
