Marvel has requested the U.S. District for the North District of California to subpoena Google for the information of user John Gazelle, whose account was used to leak the Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer. Originally, the trailer was set to debut during the following week's Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode.
According to Deadline, Google has been told to bring Gazelle's information, which has been identified as “the Google account that leaked the trailer," according to the official documents filed against them. The San Francisco law firm Latham and Watkins LLP will receive the information by November 18 for “inspection, copying, testing, or sampling.”
