Tyson Kidd vs Sheamus, Tyson got Sheamus out of the ring, then Sheamus caught Tyson after attempting a move. Shouldn't the count have been restarted?

lol, you're questioning the rules of a wrestling match? The same rules that DQ you for dirty moves yet let eye-rakes go unnoticed? Or DQ tag team matches if they get out of hand unless it's an important match that can't end by DQ?

This is the same company that all of a sudden enforces a DQ rule if you break up a pin after 1 attempt in tag matches, after years of not doing so.

^ That's only main event tag matches that lead into both beating the shit out of the guy pinning.

^^ But the referee saw Tyson Kidd leave the ring, and earlier in the night Dean Ambrose restarted the count in his match. I'm not questioning the rules of wrestling, I'm questioning the count out of Tyson Kidds win.

That's what I mean, lol. The rules in wrestling (especially WWE) are insanely flexible, it depends on the relevance of the match.
