According to The Wrestling Observer (via via WrestleZone), WWE will be releasing Macho Man: The Randy Savage Story on DVD & Blu-ray on November 18th. The set will include a full documentary, featuring interviews with Lanny Poffo (Randy’s brother) and Judy Poffo (Randy’s mother).

At one time, Lanny Poffo had stated that Randy wanted the entire family put into the WWE Hall of Fame at the same time, similar to the Von Erics. Poffo has eased on the stance, and the feeling now is that the DVD could be the first step to Savage finally being inducted into the WWE Hall OF Fame as soon as 2015.
