Legendary pro wrestling promoter Bob Geigel passed away this week at the age of 90.
Geigel wrestled during the 1950′s and 60′s, and became a well-known promoter in the Kansas City area. He was a former president of the NWA three times. He is listed as a 4-time AWA tag team champion, a 4-time NWA Southwest tag team champion, and a former NWA Northwest Heavyweight Champion.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, and their three daughters. Our thoughts and condolences to the Geigel family.
