Box Office Mojo (via IGN) reports that Guardians of the Galaxy is Marvel Studios’ third-highest grossing film worldwide with $732 million. It is only behind The Avengers ($1.5 billion) and Iron Man 3 ($1.2 billion).

While some Chinese fans were not happy with the poorly-translated subtitles, the film still earned $30 million during its opening weekend in the country, moving it past Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

For 2014, it’s the fourth-highest grossing film worldwide so far, with Transformers: Age of Extinction at #1 with a total of $1,080,939,076.

It should be the number one grossing, since it's the best one.
