The fifth Pirates of the Caribbean has a title at least. This Is Infamous reports that the film will be titled Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. That subtitle is a reference to a line in the Disneyland attraction that the franchise is based on.

The film is expected to see Johnny Depp return, with Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg directing form a script by Jeff Nathanson (Catch Me If You Can). It starts filming in January for a July 15, 2015 release.

New bad guy.
Plot twist: Chick = Bad guy's daughter.

Mermaids tears = FOUNTAIN OF LIIIFE!!!
Which is what they're trying to get because bad guy wants to live FIVE-ever. Not forever. FIVE-ever.
