- As previously reported, ACH missed the ROH All Star Extravaganza iPPV de to travel issues. ROH is reportedly upset over this due to the fact that ACH missed the iPPV event, and also because they had put a lot of build into the ACH vs. Jay Lethal feud. They had a 30-minute time limit draw leading into the iPPV, and the iPPV match was billed as a special "no time limit" match for the ROH TV Title.

- While ROH had initially reported that Silas Young suffered a broken leg and would be out 3-4 months, that does not appear to be the case. Young did suffer a leg injury, but it is not as bad as a broken leg, and he is expected back sooner than the original time frame given by ROH.
