Add Hilary Duff to the army of celebrities taking legal action over the celebrity nude photo hack. TMZ reports that a new series of very graphic nude photos that are allegedly of Duff hit the internet on Friday and DUff has contacted the FBI because they are not of her.

Duff's rep said that the actress/singer has recognizable tattoos and "defining birthmarks" that do not appear in the photos. This includes an anchor on the inside of her left ankle that is not present in the pics.

Duff's rep noted that anyone publicly stating that the images are of Duff will "meet legal recourse."

She's doing a good thing, really. In the end, maybe they're not hers after all, but people will still find ways to say and prove that the nudes are actually of her. It's annoying.
