According to PWInsider.com, those close to Global Force Wrestling and Jeff Jarrett are saying negotiations for a GFW TV deal are ongoing, but are moving a lot slower than officials hoped. The promotion had initially wanted a TV deal to have been worked out by now.
Jeff Jarrett will reportedly be heading to New York, Dallas and Los Angeles in September to scout buildings for potential TV tapings.
With regards to Scott D’Amore, more details regarding his involvement in the promotion as well as GFW’s relationship with New Japan should be forthcoming, but on the whole the process of launching Global Force Wrestling has been a lot slower than officials had hoped.
