According to PWInsider.com, Rogers Communications in Canada is said to be working hard to fix some of the current issues with the WWE Network, or WWE Net Pak.
As of now, Rogers is telling customers the current version of the WWE Network is not the full version, and until the full version launches about 30-40 hours of OnDemand footage will be available at one time.
As we noted last week, many Canadian viewers are upset with how the Network launched via Rogers Communications, as Rogers only services select areas of the country leaving many fans without the ability to subscribe.
Rogers is said to be working on pitching an app to the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission that would make the full Network available to their customers. They are also working with other TV networks to make the Network available in more areas of Canada.
With regards to tonight’s WWE SummerSlam PPV, there is some concern tonight’s feed on Net Pak will not be available in proper HD due to the HD channel being shown in standard-definition width.
