The Legend of Zelda villain Ganondorf has been confirmed as a playable character in Hyrule Warriors.
Fellow Zelda villains Zant and Girahim were also confirmed for the roster during the conference, and items including bombs, the hookshot and Cuccos were demonstrated.
Link, Princess Zelda, Impa and Midna were previously confirmed for the game's roster. Each playable character will have signature weapons and action animations.
Additionally, the Wii U exclusive implements a system under which equipping characters with weapons will influence the way they fight.
Developed by Tecmo Koei, Hyrule Warriors is scheduled to launch on September 26.
