Josh Gordon is back at practice with the Cleveland Browns in Ohio and will have a teleconference meeting with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell at noon EST on Monday, according to NFL.com.
The wide receiver is in the process of appealing a potential one-year suspension for a failed drug test, and he attended an all-day hearing on Friday in New York. His appeal process will continue with Monday's meeting.
Gordon's appeal was expected to focus on the drug testing process, arguing that differing results between testing bottles mean the league can't be sure that he tested positive, and that the positive test was a result of second-hand smoke.
In July, the 23-year-old was arrested for driving while impaired in North Carolina. He then spent two weeks in a rehab facility.
