In a new interview conducted for This Infamous, Bo Dallas revealed Kurt Angle’s early WWE character inspired his current WWE gimmick. Dallas had the following to say:

“Yes, Kurt Angle is the #1 when it comes to who is most similar to what I’m doing and that’s who I’ve looked up to a lot, and learned many things from. Honestly the other WWE Superstar that I can say I’ve learned from was John Cena, taking his messages and taking them to the fullest with complete positivity. Never back down, never give up, and Bo-lieving in that and not straying from that and believing John Cena’s messages to the fullest.”

... I have to say, that's actually pretty brilliant on Bo's part. And I can totally see the resemblance to both. The fact that he takes it Up To Eleven as a parody is what makes me enjoy it so much. I knew he was taking the piss, but I didn't realize what he was taking it out of.

Also, that's a pretty decent card on WWE's part.
