I still kinda like his last two Ill Minds but they've gone downhill from how good they used to be. 3, 4 & 5 were the best ones, probably in the order of 3, 5, 4 or 5, 3, 4.

I liked it, but it's my least favorite. 5 is still my favorite. 6 and 7 are my least.

How is this even comparable to the other Ill Mind Videos? It has completely different subject matter.
The only thing that that has tied the Ill Mind videos together aside from their titles is their brutal honesty, and that they're rap songs with incredibly good, and thought-provoking lyrics. But so are many of Hopsin's other songs.
Considering that these evolved from webcam videos he made in his bedroom to high budget music videos with views in the millions, that still haven't lost their potency from 1-7, I'm pretty sure he's been doing the opposite of going downhill.
I see no reason to compare a song about the loss of faith (I went through a similar experience to Hopsin's recollection, so maybe I am biased) to songs about the state of rap music and culture; to a song about his childhood best friend's drug problems, and to a video that shows him building a fucking camera tripod out of an old shopping cart.
Fuck the name; take it for what it is.
EDIT: I will say, in slight contradiction to the above; I've never been sure why Old Friend was released as Ill Mind 6. I'm pretty sure he stated it's not even part of the 'series'.

Every Ill Mind is based on something that's stuck in Hopsin's mind at the time (Thus the title). He's struggling with his loss of faith at the moment and the Ill Mind series is his way of venting his frustrations I suppose.
EDIT: Pretty sure he's said they're all free-styled, or he doesn't edit the lyrics from the original draft so they seem more like they're his own thoughts. Could be wrong about this though.

Didn't really think about that. That's probably the best way to look at it.
That said, I still don't think it's fair to judge a hugely personal song against other songs he's done just because they share a title. The Ill Mind videos are all about completely different things. Of course they're going to have a completely different style and flow to them.

I am juding purely based off the name, not the content. Ill Mind of Hopsin 7 is in the same category as Ill Mind of Hopsin 6 or 5, regardless of content, purely because of the name. In my opinion, this is his worst one yet, but I still liked it. It's completely fair to compare them.

Razor hasn't listened to Ill Mind 2 if he thinks this one is the worst...

I was about to use that as an example, considering that Ill Mind 2 isn't even a song.

I think I might have heard one of the Ill Mind of Hopsin songs before, but I'm not sure. It might've just been some other song by him. He was in a room with a bunch of people and rapping about how the generation sucks.
That said, if this is the worst of the series, it must be an amazing series.
EDIT: Quick sidenote, but after looking him up I discovered he was in an episode of That's So Raven as "Guy #2".
...And Max Keebler's Big Move.

And I've liked every one of his Ill Mind songs but 1, 6, & 7 would have to be my least favorite as the other 3 are just in a higher class IMO (I'd never include 2 when discussing these tho ). Not sure if this is his worst one, it's tough to name a worst one cause they're all really solid and like Rob said there is some different meaning and flow to the songs so it's tough to compare and rank them.
However, it's still fair to compare anyway for the fact they have the same title... similarly to how songs from an album can be compared/rated/ranked even though they might be really different as well. As best as I could I'd personally rank them:
