The Infamous: First Light standalone expansion has been listed for an August launch.

The Sony Entertainment Network US store is advertising the add-on for release on August 26.

Priced at $14.99 (£8.80), the single-player story expansion is available to pre-order now.

Pre-order customers will receive an additional in-game costume for the DLC's new lead character Fetch.

"Locked up in a prison for super-powered humans, Fetch is forced to relive tragedies from her past," reads the product description.

"Unravel her dark secret in Seattle while battling to escape snowy Curdon Cay and seek vengeance for those who wronged her."

Available to download without a copy of the game, Infamous: First Light was announced at this year's E3 gaming expo.
