Alberto Del Rio defeated Dolph Ziggler in a qualifying MITB match.
Also, if DB isn't medically fit to compete, then it won't be DB/Kane. Instead, the championship will be fought for instead of a briefcase. |

| The current backstage word in WWE is that a heel will likely walk out of Money in the Bank as the WWE World Champion. As of now, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt, Cesaro and Alberto Del Rio are the confirmed heel names in the match, and one of them winning could setup a potential Daniel Bryan feud when he returns. |

As if the current high-fliers aside from Daniel Bryan and maybe RVD are deserving of a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match.  I know it doesn't and shouldn't matter (since DANIEL BRYAN was the last to hold the damn thing), but it IS called the "Heavyweight" title for a reason. |
