| There is concern whether Daniel Bryan will make it back in time for the "Money in the Bank" pay-per-view, reports The Observer, which is the event WWE was originally hoping for following Bryan's neck surgery. The following event would be Battleground on July 20th, and WWE officials are looking at SummerSlam in August as the worst case scenario.
WWE is already working on a contingency plan for MITB in case Daniel Bryan isn't ready by then.
Additionally, it's being said that many wrestlers feel Daniel Bryan should tone down his wrestling style upon returning. While he didn't break his neck (as some reports have suggested), this surgery could be the beginning of some serious and more long-term issues for Bryan.
Some of Bryan's signature moves that would likely go if he did "tone it down" would be his missle dropkick, the topes and his diving headbutt. |

| Unfortunately, Bryan's had to wrestle a more dangerous style to compensate for his size, like a certain other former world champ under six feet. |

| They need to be really careful w/ this. Don't want him end up like Edge or Stone Cold. |

| They should never let wrestlers do the flying headbutt period. It's injured a couple of stars that I know of due to constant use. He's over enough now to not have to do OTT stuff any longer. Frankly, every match of his could be booked as a YES contest, so see who can yell YES the longest...and no one would complain |

| I don't think he needs those few moves. He's got plenty of other things in his repertoire to keep his matches entertaining. |

| I agree. Drop the dropkick and the headbutt. The headbutt has been lame for 15 years anyway. |

| I dont really care for those moves anyway. As long as they let him keep the roundhouse kicks and the running knee, everything is well. |
