TNA Hall of Famer Kurt Angle has reportedly accepted the leading role in a potential TV series pilot called "Emergency: LA". Angle will be playing Los Angeles police Sgt. Gabe Mandell in a show produced, directed and written by former wrestling promoter Len Davies. The show will be shot in 4K, which is both an Ultra High Definition format and can be an expensive venture. Former TNA Knockout and WWE Diva Katarina Leigh (aka Winter) also has a part in the show, which will be shot soon and sent out to the all the major networks for a potential pick-up.

I don't think Angle's got much longer to go with his pro wrestling career, so I hope this goes well for him.
