Chavo Guerrero was forced to pull out of the Warriors of Wrestling event in New York this weekend due to emergency surgery he had on Wednesday. Chavo underwent an appendectomy and noted on Twitter that he was OK following the procedure, although it will keep him out of action for a bit.
