Vs. Rodrick Strong from ROH Boiling Point.

Yeah. I remember people chanting "Mickey sucks!" before he got over with the ROH crowds. I think some people weren't able to take him seriously after having that gimmick.

3. A lot of fans say that he was only in ROH because he was one of Jim Cornette's boys. Did you think he belonged in ROH?

Certainly. I know he didn't wrestle like an indy guy but why would you want every match to be the same? You'd end up with a product like Dragon Gate USA. Having every match being the same would be boring.

Plus the guy was a great wrestler anyway. I think the older ROH fans didn't like him because he was a member of The Spirit Squad. Also he was from OVW and a lot of ROH fans were bitching about the amount of OVW guys appearing in ROH.

I think it's stupid that the same people who saw what Gabe was able to do with James Gibson bitch about Mike Mondo.

Maybe if WWE or TNA made him a offer I bet he'd be willing to come back full time. It's too bad injury ruined his ROH run.
