WWE went back and forth on the Cody Rhodes & Goldust vs New Age Outlaws tag team title match scheduled for the Royal Rumble Kickoff show on Sunday. Officials originally considered holding the title match on Smackdown last week, but in the end they made the decision to have the Smackdown match be non-title and then book the title match for the PPV.
