During tonight's live event at Madison Square Garden, WWE announced that Batista will make his MSG return at the March 8th, 2014 house show.
Who Owns the Rights to Stone Cold Steve Austin's Name?
According to The Wrestling Observer, Stone Cold Steve Austin currently has no contractual ties to WWE, which is why he cannot use the "Stone Cold" part of him name as it's owned by WWE.
Austin, whose real name is Steve Williams, had his name legally changed to Steve Austin after he came to an agreement with WWE, so he is of course allowed to use that name.
