The Second City comedy club is looking to oppose WWE's registration of "Second City Saint", reports PWInsider.
CM Punk has been using the "Second City Saint" trademark for many years, even before signing with WWE. Punk's group with Colt Cabana and Ace Steel was also called Second City Saint.
