I think the person who did the most over the course of the decade for one company is Hiroshi Tanahashi.
I think the person who did the most over the course of the decade for more than one company is AJ Styles, who was instrumental in the main event picture across four different promotions.
I think the person who had the biggest peak would be Kazuchika Okada.
I think the person who drew the most money and was the biggest main stream star was John Cena.
And I don't think you can tell the story of the decade without mentioning the incredible growth the industry went through directly related to the Young Bucks. After leaving TNA, PWG exploded. ROH exploded. NJPW exploded. AEW was created... and the Bucks were at the forefront of all of it.
I personally would go with Tanahashi but any one of those five acts I would tend to understand.
