I dont hate him but im not the biggest fan of him either. He does put on 5 star matches though regardless of who he faces most of the time.

One of the greatest all around workers to ever grace a wrestling ring. As for the incidents he's been involved within, I believe he's far gone from those days and he shouldn't be held to them. Even Bret Hart forgave Shawn Michaels, I believe anyone else can, too.

But yeah, no secret I am virtually gay for this guy ( 8) ) and think he is the single greatest all round superstar that the wrestling World has ever seen. He could talk as both a face and a heel. He was convincing as either a hell or face and could be enjoyed as either. His in ring ability was always tremendous and had an energy from his that was never been, and never will be, replicated.

In regards to his attitude and stuff, he'll be the first to tell you that he was a complete ass back in the day and is sorry for things he did. But I personally think, in regards to politics, that era was SO enthralled in it. If you didn't get ahead of the pack in some form, you were left behind. Everyone that made it then used politics at least in some form. If you didn't, you were stepped on and long gone. I'm sure his little Click back then was a pain to deal with, though.

And in regards to Cornette, the guy orgasms over a can of Sprite and knows more about fast food restaurants than the restaurants themselves do... If Michaels is happy having religion in his life, more power to him.

He might have been a douche back stage, but the wrestling isn't a fair business. Its eat or be eatin. Especially being the top guy, you will step on a lot of toes. Tho hbk slammed his foot on toes and he is sorry for that. Hbk got clean, found god and his 2 nd run was better than his first.

The thing that bothered me most about Michaels is if he would over-sell shit to make you look like shit if he didn't like you. He did it to Angle... Pretty poor sport IMO.

He did against Angle? Which match? I saw 2 of their 3 matches and I didn't notice it in those two.

Micheals has the same problem as Jerry Lawler. They're both great wrestlers but they let their egos get in the way of business and end up hurting it and fucking other guy that didn't need to be.

You guys are making an argument that someone need to fuck the other guy but there's a point when it's detrimental to business. When Micheals was on top WWF was doing shit business. It wasn't all his fault but his bullshit didn't help.
