| The independent contractor status gives WWE much more freedom to make it's own rules / policies for it's own benefit due to the wrestlers not actually being employees. |

| Yeah, the whole independent contract thing in the way WWE does it doesn't seem like it would be legal. |

| There's no reason someone shouldn't be able to wrestle for TNA is they fail a WWE drug test. I'm pretty sure TNA's wellness policy is that they won't pay you enough to buy drugs. ____________________ |
