what he could be facing.
1: Two Year banned from UFC. Which means his MMA career is over
2: He could get banned from Competing in anything in Nevada and New York, which means the Summerslam match is off
3: His fight with Mark Hunt will be over turned and be made a no contest.
it could be something that is in a protein powder he probably uses, maybe the factory fucked up and put something in there that shouldn't be. Could be something over the counter that showed up on the test.
But if it is something performance enhancing, WWE can't play dumb and turn a blind eye. Their wellness policy would be seen as a joke and laughed at. If WWE has to suspend him like they did with Roman and try to save the Summerslam match (if he isn't banned from competing in new york) than they will have to suspended as soon as possible.

– The Associated Press has published a report on Brock Lesnar’s potential violation for an out-of-competition drug test on June 28, including a new statement from Lesnar on the situation. On Friday, Lesnar issued a statement to the AP, saying, “We will get to the bottom of this.”
The report also mentioned that it has copies of three letters from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency sent to Lesnar. The letters informed Lesnar that he had passed tests on three samples that were submitted over a nine-day period in mid-June. The sample with the positive test was collected on June 28.
Lesnar turned 39 years old this week. Normally, USADA requires athletes to submit to testing for four months before a UFC competition. Lesnar was given a shorter testing window since it was a short time between the announcement of his return and his fight at UFC 200. However, he was still rigorously drug tested by USADA since he announced his return to the sport.
Lesnar’s results were received last Thursday from a WADA-accredited lab at UCLA. According to the report, the test was not processed in time to prevent Lesnar from fighting at UFC 200, which was held on July 9 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Previously, when Lesnar was asked about PED use previously in a conference call before UFC 200, he stated, “I’m a white boy and I’m jacked. Deal with it.”

According to LA Times writer Lance Pugmire, Brock Lesnar tested positive for the estrogen blocker Clomiphene.
Clomiphene is the same substance Jon Jones previously tested positive for and is common among bodybuilders looking to increase testosterone while cycling off of steroids.
As we noted earlier tonight, in addition to failing an out of competition drug test taken by USADA from a June 28th sample prior to his UFC 200 fight, Brock Lesnar also failed an in-competition drug test prior to defeating Mark Hunt at UFC 200.

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if WWE just cancels the match. Summerslam isn't exactly ruined if Brock Lesnar and Orton got scrapped. Just replace it with Miz vs. Orton for the Intercontinental Championship.
