As noted, WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan recently conducted an interview with BizJournals. Hulk was promoting WWE Tough Enough and was talking about business advice and things he’s learned in his career. One of the things that was also noted was a bad piece of wrestling advice; Hulk said the following:

The advice I got was in the 1970s when wrestling was very barbaric. The worst advice I got then was “real wrestlers don’t wear kneepads.” After about two years of wrestling in Japan, my knees were blown out.
