In an new interview with Caller.com to promote this Sunday night’s WWE Elimination Chamber PPV, John Cena had the following to say about incorporating the springboard Stunner into his move set:

“I’ve been watching a young man for a long time named Steve Austin. It’s something similar to [the Stone Cold Stunner]. And I knew I was going to have to bring something a little special for Rusev. Believe it or not, with all my in-ring experience, I actually took back to the canvas, and practiced a little bit, had some fun; and that’s what I came up with.”

Backstage News on WWE’s Plans for Stephen Amell

As noted, actor Stephen Amell of “Arrow”, who was in attendance for Raw this week and had a brief encounter with Stardust, has expressed interest in guest hosting or wrestling in WWE.

According to The Wrestling Observer, WWE is in fact looking to do some sort of angle between Amell and Stardust, which is why they teased a program on Raw this past Monday night.
