As noted, Triple H is currently conducting an WWE NXT media call, and he revealed during the call that WWE NXT will become more of a touring brand with the idea of touring regularly by the end of this year.

The current plan is to take WWE NXT out of the Florida area and run the brand at smaller venues, including sold shows WWE can produce for a third party.

And It kinda' is the 3rd brand really. Plenty of viewers prefer NXT to Raw.
