The second of six “Fantasticamania” events between New Japan Pro Wrestling and the Mexican CMLL promotion kicked off today from the Takamatsu City General Gymnasium. We will be providing results for each of the shows, with the final 1/18 and 1/19 shows being aired live on the New Japan World streaming network.

Attendance for this show was around 1,000.

(1) OKUMURA & YOSHI-HASHI def. Angel De Oro & KUSHIDA. OKUMURA pinned Angel after their time-limit draw on 1/13.

(2) Jushin Liger & Staka Jr. def. Gedo & Mephisto. Liger pinned Gedo with the Thesz Press pin.

(3) Barbaro Cavernaria & Mr. Niebla def. Stigma & Sho Tanaka

(4) Kazuchika Okada & Polvora def. Triton & Mistico. Okada with the submission win (Red Ink/STF) over Triton.

(5) Shinsuke Nakamura, Gran Guerrero & Ultimo Guerrero def. Captain New Japan, Volador Jr. & Atlantis. Lord, what a team – Nakamura and the Guerreros. Shinsuke with the Boma Ye on Captain for the pin.

(6) Tetsuya Naito, Ryusuke Taguchi & La Sombra def. Hiroshi Tanahashi, Tiger Mask & Mascara Dorada. Naito pinned Tiger after the Stardust Press.
