I hope we end up in a group we have a pretty good chance of advancing out of like Switzerland, Algeria, & Greece.

FIFA's disgraceful seeding. Two big teams are guaranteed to go out in the 1st round.

| I've predicted the entire World Cup, with some of my usual lovable optimism (which some of you may know as "delusion")
Group Stage (winners on the left, obviously.)
Group A: Brazil, Cameroon, Mexico, Croatia. Group B: Spain, Netherlands, Chile, Australia Group C: Ivory Coast, Colombia, Japan, Greece Group D: Uruguay, England, Italy, Costa Rica Group E: Switzerland, Ecuador, France, Honduras Group F: Argentina, Bosnia, Nigeria, Iran Group G: Germany, Portugal, Ghana, United States Group H: Belgium, Russia, South Korea, Algeria
Round of 16
Brazil vs. Netherlands Ivory Coast vs. England (just scraping by them) Switzerland vs. Bosnia Germany vs. Russia Spain vs. Cameroon Colombia vs. Uruguay Argentina vs. Ecuador Portugal vs. Belgium (DARK HORSE POWER)
Quarter Finals
Brazil vs. England (Ronaldinho 40 yard free-kick again) Switzerland vs. Germany Spain vs. Uruguay Argentina vs. Belgium (hold them to penalties, and it could happen)
Semi-Finals
Brazil vs. Germany Uruguay vs. Belgium
Final
Brazil beat Uruguay, who sorely miss the suspended Suarez (sent off for lashing out at both Benteke and Lukaku, which considering the size of the pair of them is a really daft thing to do). |

Mexico has a really good chances of making it out of their group. They're better than Cameroon & are on par w/ Croatia as far as individual talent goes. They'll just get beat down by Brazil though.

Damn, USA got fucked over. We got a pretty decent group. Fuck FIFA and their shitty seeding. Honduras still won't make it out of their group. Better yet, I doubt they'll even score a goal.

| When you look at it, there are actually 4 legit groups of deaths in total. Group A, Group B, Group D, & Group G.

Wouldn't be surprised if Spain got KO'd in the 1st round either. Spain could have problems when they face teams that go at them 1st . Don't have the same speed as 2010. I think many people are underestimating Chile & what they can do with Sanchez, Vidal, Fernandez, & etc. They're my dark horses in this tournament & the climate fits them as well, which will be another factor these European sides might struggle w/.

It's a shame someone from that group won't get through.

I just feel bad for the Aussies being in that group. It should've been Honduras.

^I think they will. They'll smash Honduras, and then bottle it against Switzerland and Ecuador.

Another thing: also watch Costa Rica play w/ like 8 defenders in the back. They play with like 6 in Gold Cup's, so imagine how many men they'll park behind the ball against higher competition.

I don't think France will be THAT bad. But they won't be good.

I think France has a chance to go far if their team doesn't implode (Dutch the same). Very talented team. If they win the group, they'll possibly see either BiH or Nigeria, so a semi-finals appearance is a reachable goal. The only team France should be worried about in the group stage is France.

Still can't see how Switzerland was seeded and teams like Chile, Italy and Netherlands weren't.
