| - The Wrestling Observer reports that TNA attempted yet again to sign Alberto Del Rio to the roster. One source claims TNA offered him a deal that was in the range of $400,000 per year.
Per the report, TNA wanted to get an exclusive deal with Del Rio. Currently, Del Rio is scheduled to work AAA’s Lucha Underground in 2015 and Ring of Honor. TNA will apparently have to be willing to give up exclusivity in order to get a deal done with Del Rio, or possibly increase the guaranteed money offer.
TNA officials have reportedly been trying to convince Del Rio that he will get more exposure in the US if he works for them. TNA executive John Gaburick is pushing hard to get Del Rio because he worked closely with the Superstar when they both worked for WWE. |

| Meh. Stay in ROH and AAA and give back to wrestling. TNA is a dying ship. Help ROH grow. |

| TNA isn't a sinking ship just yet. They patched the holes with some bubble gum right now. But this is TNA final chance really, if they can't start fixing things and not get the PSN and Netflix deals they are pretty boned. Anyways for TNA, ADR isn't worth making the face of the company with, which TNA would do if they signed him. He is 37, not that many years in the tank left for him. Focus on the youth, make a younger guy the face of the company. |

| ^ that. If everything flops this go round, the company is done. They're lucky to get out of the hole they were just in. |

| Alberto Del Rio is totally worth making the face of the company. As the USA is in the middle of this new race conflict era... no single person makes more sense than the third generation Alberto Del Rio to make a face of ANY company. He's a fucking superstar, can work with anyone in any style, can shift the minority support in wrestling to your company with the right advertisement... |

| but like I said he is 37 years old. If you want someone to bring in a new era as the face of your company, you need someone young. ADR would give them a good 3 to 4 years at best. Also the new face of TNA shouldn't be a former WWE star. I mean that barely has done anything for them in the past. |

| 3 or 4 years is longer than TNA has left |

| if they want to go past that, they don't need another WWE guy. Its was one of the many fucking problems they have had since forever. It's been time to make their own stars, no more WWE guys unless they are there to help the TNA home talent grow. Guys Like EC3 are alright because he wasn't much in WWE so he is pretty much a TNA guy. |

| ADR would get more eyes on the product so they could build guys like EC3 and Magnus to a bigger audience. |

Money wise AAA, ROH, and LU are all probably like top 7~ in the world, at a guess. WWE is clearly first, CMLL would be second, then NJPW, and after that any of those three, TNA and Dragon Gate are worth a shout. I have little doubt that, working those three and still being able to work indie dates, ADR would be making far more than what TNA is offering. All I'm gonna say is G1 Climax 25 featuring El Patron would be hype |

| AAA outbid CMLL by a lot if I read correctly. |

that's if they hype his signing and debut. But I don't think ADR would bring that many eyes to the product. |
