Below is a list WWE trademarks that have been recently secured, or updated. It includes “WWE Fast Lane”, rumored to be the new February PPV, the rumored NXT name of Kevin Steen, a possible return of a Divas Champion, and several others for wrestlers, show names, and merchandise lines.

WWE legend The Honkey Tonk Man mentioned on Twitter that he currently owns the trademark for “The Patriot.” He also mentioned that it was accepted for renewal by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

As for Del Wilkes, who used the gimmick, he is still using it at Indy events even though he does not own the name, according to The Honkey Tonk Man.
