Yeah he was to blame for TNA being a turd at the beginning but he wasn't in charge for too long before selling most of the promotion to Dixie. And I would also say he did start it off in the wrong path. That is all his fault.
GFW was really interesting. It's hilarious he got TNA to use the name on TV while they didn't own it. It would have been a lot more impressive if he was able to do something with that but sadly he was a drunk so he couldn't pull it together.
I don't think Jarrett was the boss long enough to call him the worst promoter. There are several people like Rob Black, Jim Herd or Herb Abrams I'd list before him.
